As a doctoral candidate you will only receive your email invitation after the Research office confirms that you are eligibile to graduate. Your email invitation will be issued approximately six weeks prior to your ceremony. The invitation will include the date and time of your ceremony and a direct link to register online. All candidates must register. Even if you do not wish to attend your ceremony, registering will ensure that you receive your parchment as quickly as possible after the ceremony. What to do before your ceremony
Doctoral candidates who have previously deferred their ceremonyIf you have opted to defer your graduation, an invitation will automatically be sent to your nominated email address before the next round of ceremonies take place. If you defer your graduation more than once, you will not receive an invitation from the Ceremonies Office for your subsequent deferrals. Check our Graduation Timetable and Doctoral candidate’s graduation guide to find out when the next ceremony for your Faculty is scheduled. When guest tickets go on sale, then submit the Registration form for students who have graduated. |
