External study support – Provides learning materials to assist off campus students.
Library – Provides academic information resources and services. Hours vary from branch to branch.
Online academic skills resources – workshops, services and resources to assist you with your studies at QUT
Oodgeroo Unit – Offers cultural, personal and academic support to Indigenous students.
QUT Blackboard Support – eLearning Services provides support for online learning through QUT Blackboard.
Student exchange program – Study overseas as part of your QUT degree.
FaST learning support – Learning support for students studying information technology, mathematics and science units.

Academic records – Obtaining an official academic record of your studies.
Student ID cards – Your key to a host of services at QUT. You are required to obtain a student ID card which identifies you as a QUT student.
Justices of the peace – Finding a JP to certify photocopied documents.
Student centre – The first point of contact for information on administrative, course and other student matters.
Student charter – A statement setting out students' expectations and responsibilities while attending QUT.
Student ombudsman – The Student Ombudsman can investigate grievances related to administrative decisions.
Timetables – Search for information on when and where courses will be held when planning your program. Released twice yearly.

Scholarships – Information about scholarships available for commencing and continuing students.
Financial support – Counselling Services offers advice, advocacy and referral services on a range of financial matters including the Student Financial Assistance Scheme (SFAS).
Cashier – Some fees can be paid at the cashier located in the Student Centre on each campus.
ATMs – Location of ATM services on QUT campuses.
Government assistance – Information about Centrelink payments and services available to apply for while you are studying.

Careers and employment – Information to assist in making informed course and career decisions, in order to reach employment goals.
Chaplaincy – Chaplaincy services available on QUT campuses.
Counselling service – Available for confidential consultation about any issues or concerns.
Equity programs and services – QUT strives to support cultural and social diversity in our student body. Information on equity at QUT.
Health and safety – Staff and students have the responsibility to perform their work and study in so as not to endanger themselves or others. Information about Health and Safety at QUT.
Health service – Medical and health services offered to the QUT students, staff, contractors and visitors.

International Student Services – Information for international students about accommodation, English language tuition, learning skills, financial and personal counselling services.
QUT International College – Assists students with the transition to study in Australia and helps them to achieve in their chosen field of study.

Accommodation – search the online database for accommodation listings and advice.
Alumni – When you graduate you will automatically become a member of the QUT alumni.
Bookshop – Sells textbooks, course materials, software and computer equipment. Your individual textbook list is available from QUT Virtual.
Computing and technology services – Student computer labs, QUT Virtual, using email, setting up your computer passwords, and other IT services.
Printing services – QUT Printing Services (QPS) operates from service centres on all campuses and is conveniently located within the University libraries.
Lost property – Hours and locations for lost property enquiries.
Parking – Information on parking areas for each campus, and purchasing parking permits.
Public transport – Information on available public transport to and from QUT campuses, and concession cards.
